Fluid Research Introduces New 2-Part Dispensing System

Tustin, CA — FRC, Fluid Research Corporation, has unveiled its all new N-1000 2-part, precision meter mix and dispensing solution. The innovative new N-1000 Series, available in both horizontal and vertical configurations, is a benchtop, positive displacement, 2-component dispensing system, de- signed around an aggressively priced platform. The N-1000H and N-1000V are suitable for

low-volume dispensing with no automation inte- gration. The N-1000 Series uses digital controls for reliable adjustment of rate, ratio and dispense time. Available in both variable and fixed ratio configurations and two drive motor options, the units use precision progressing cavity pumps to provide accurate mixing and contin- uous flow of Epoxy, silicone and ure- thane materials with repeatable re- sults for each dispense. The economical N-1000 is built

to exacting specifications, drastically reducing cleanup, labor and mainte- nance. It is well suited to R&D appli- cations for testing various materials. The N-1000 yields consistent, accu- rate, and repeatable results, every time. Key features include: benchtop horizontal and vertical configura- tions; mix ratio range — variable 1:1 through 10:1 or fixed 1:1, 2:1, 5:1; ac- curacy ±<3 percent variable or 5 per-

Techcon Bows Non-Contact Diaphragm Jet Valve

Garden Grove, CA — Techcon Sys- tems, a product group of OK Interna- tional, is introducing the new TS9200D Series Jet Tech Valve. The new valve has an unusual di- aphragm design; a single, easily re-

cent fixed; shot size 0.5cc to 1.5 Gallon; shop air 100PSI <1 CFM; power 100-240VAC single phase, 50/60Hz; digital touchpad interface controls; preci- sion progressing cavity pumps; AC motors and drives; stainless steel hoppers: 1,2, 5 gallon op- tions; designed for easy assembly/disassembly; cost-effective; low maintenance, intuitive controls. The N-1000 H is being utilized by FRC clients for various applications, including resin transfer

molding processing. Contact: FRC — Fluid Research Corporation,

Faster, Easier, Smarter Jetting

The NexJet® System*

featuring the one-piece Genius™

Jet Cartridge* and cleaned.

placeable diaphragm eliminates dy- namic fluid seals found in other jets. No longer will users have to disas- semble, clean and replace worn seals — resulting in time and cost savings. The diaphragm design also allows faster cycle rates due to the very small mass of the diaphragm. This unusual design reduces the energy needed to eject a drop of fluid and is adjustable, providing users with a wider process window. The non-contact dispense valve

is capable of jetting fluid viscosities to 400,000 CPS. Its fast jetting action produces 300 precise droplets per sec- ond, a 50 percent increase in through-

put compared to conventional jets. Contact: Techcon Systems,
