We CAN make a difference!
The UK Pool & Spa exhibition in Birmingham this year was for many of us a great success however, for 2000 people in Eastern Uganda, it was life changing!
The event organiser New Events Ltd very kindly donated the necessary space and support for dreamwater lounge, in coopera- tion with Just a drop, to build a relaxation lounge containing a water massage system.
Exhibitors and visitors alike were given the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing massage during the exhibition in return for a small donation.
All money raised went towards funding this very urgent supply of clean drinking water for the Nakasedhere Community in Kamui District, Eastern Uganda.
At the end of the exhibition, both UK Pool & Spa event organisers and Pool & Spa Scene made significant, 4-figure donations to ensure the building work for the water pump would start as planned.
