DEJOND nv

When corrosion is critical, Dejond can provide an outstanding solution offering a very extensive range of cold headed stainless blind rivet nuts. Its TUBTARA® programme in stainless A2 and A4 includes open and closed end versions from M4 till M10, with round, splined or hexagonal shanks, different head forms and several grip ranges.

Not only the corrosive attack can be of paramount importance, but the application can also require an additional watertight or anti-rotation solution. The stainless watertight HX Tubtara provides excellent protection against ingress of fluids, oil or dirt. This closed end hexagonal rivet nut featuring a large flat head with underhead seal, has proven very effective up to pressures of 10 bar. The stainless Anti-turn Tubtara on the other hand, with its smooth round shank and special anti-rotation head, offers very high torque-to-turn resistance of the installed rivet nut in round holes in very hard parent material.

But do you really want the top of the bill? Come and discover our BRAND NEW STAINLESS STEEL A5 TUBTARA on the next Fastener Fair in Stuttgart.

Apex Stainless Fasteners have further increased both the depth and range of their stocks. The full range is highlighted in the company product catalogue (see website “Downloads”). A large inventory of Stainless Steel Fasteners enables the company to continue the focus on Trade Sales both in the U.K. and in export markets. The products include metric, unified and imperial thread forms in A2, A4 and A4-80.

As one of the few major European Stainless stockists with a manufacturing division (Aerotight Manufacturing), the company is capable of producing high quality special parts in addition to the well established Stainless Steel Aerotight self locking nut.

The company is now established as one of Europe’s major stockists of Stainless Steel Fasteners and is well placed to meet the needs of Fastener distributors worldwide, whether it be for full pallet loads or small box shipments available on a same day despatch service.

A new website is now operational which provides information on Apex and a download section for the catalogues and other information.
