Changing demands for a developing industry

More so than in any other year, 2012 was one in which the hire industry has demanded new soluons, superior engineering and a bespoke approach to site machinery. So, ArcGen Hilta rose to the challenge with a line-up of new machines in its porolio.

An increasing concern has been for more ‘green’ soluons and ArcGen Hilta has responded with the launch of its most sustainable lighng soluon yet. An adaptaon of SMC’s market leading TL-90 lighng tower, the SMC Eco-90 has a 3000rpm Yanmar engine with a 185 hour running me, offering greater fuel efficiency and fewer carbon emissions than alternave lighng soluons.

The super silent 300Amp Weldmaker 330CC/CV joined ArcGen Hilta’s baalion of welder generators, bringing expert engineering, greater efficiency and advanced technological features to the category. With digital seng and readout gauges, users can accurately program and manage current outputs, whilst the Kubota D902 diesel engine is larger than those found in competor models, making the Weldmaker the most reliable and long-running machine on the market. We sold our first fleet of this machine at the end of last year, and hope its success will connue far and beyond 2013.
