Pickling Beyond Cucumbers Workshop: Learn all about the “How and Why” of canning food at home
Pickles are delicious - learn how to make em! In this case you will learn the methods of pickling vegetables. Participants will learn the fundamentals of pickling and cover the basics of water bath canning to ensure safe preservation. Recipes include: Honeyed Jalapenos, Gherkins and many others.
