Preschool & Early Chi ldhood
Ready, Set, Kindergarten! With all new activities offered this session, kids will have fun and learn Kindergarten readiness skills in a program that extends the preschool day. Qualified preschool teachers work with children in the areas of language, literacy, communication, social, emotional and physical development, and arts and sciences. Activities reinforce the importance of the daily classroom routine. A small snack and drink are served during class. Children must be four years old by September 1, 2012. If your child is attending one of our preschool classes prior to this class, an escort will be provided from their class to Ready, Set, Kindergarten. No class January 21, February 18 and March 4.

Show that special someone just how much you love them! Make your own set of Valentine’s Day cards! Students will use a form of printmaking to create a design that can be repeated. Each student will leave with a set of cards.

We’ve Got Spirit Cheer Team
These super fun, energy charged classes will have your athlete cheering! Jumps, kicks and proper cheer body motions improve flexibility and coordination. Appropriate stunting and a variety of cheers change each session and develop strength and endurance, while group participation, pom-poms usage and sign making complete a realistic Cheer Team experience. Enjoy our Parent/Sibling Pep Rally! Award is included. No class February 16.

Mother’s Day Bouquets

Pommer’s Dance Team Express
These classes are total body fun that really develops important dance skills like leaps, turns and flexibility. Endurance, memory and confidence increase with each session’s new choreographed routines to fast, fun and kid-friendly tunes! This extension of the 3-year-old preschool experience emphasizes preschool concepts while reinforcing the importance of independence, communication, literacy, arts and sciences, social, emotional and physical development. Each week, qualified and caring teachers review the topics learned in preschool while introducing new projects and activities. Children must be 3 years old, but not yet 4 years by September 1, 2012. Enrollment in a 3-year old preschool is strongly encouraged, but not required. No class March 29.
