Experience the many health benefits of this traditional Chinese exercise and martial art. Authentic Tai Ji Quan focuses the mind and gently works the entire body through slow, balanced, circular movements. Exercises help you improve concentration, reduce mental stress, stimulate circulation and breathing, and develop better balance, flexibility and strength. You can make the exercise as gentle or vigorous as you desire and it is ideal for all fitness levels. No class February 5 and May 7.

Meditation Class
Learn to use breath work (pranayama) and meditation to reduce stress and increase focus in your life. This 45-minute class introduces you to a variety of meditation techniques and breathing exercises that improve lung capacity.
