Natural Areas Parent/Child Programs
Timber Tykes Introduce your tyke to the great outdoors! Each week of this four-week class will introduce a new nature theme through stories, songs, crafts and walks through the woods. Each session will feature new nature themes, so sign-up for both! Please dress appropriately for the weather, but in case of inclement weather, the program will be held indoors.

SIBLING CLASS! NEW DAY!
Hey Big Bugs! Bring your favorite Little Bugs out to Lyman Woods for a nature adventure to learn about the animals and plants in the forest. An adult and two siblings enjoy a story, craft and hike together. Please dress to go outdoors, but in case of inclement weather the program may be held indoors.

NEW! Nature Tot Workshop
Have a crafty tot? Bring them to our new nature workshop! Each month we’ll make a new project to take home that will encourage kids to interact with nature. After we finish our projects, we’ll head outdoors for some nature discovery time! Feel free to bring a snack to enjoy during our water break. Dress for the weather and to get messy! An adult must accompany their child(ren) during this program.
