Preschool & Early Chi ldhood ThreeSchool 2013 - 2014
ThreeSchool is designed for those children who miss the September 1 Preschool program birthday deadline. Like the Lincoln Learning Center Preschool, ThreeSchool activities are created to enhance the whole child - creatively, intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically. Most importantly for early learners, independence and socialization skills are emphasized. Weekly themes, creative expression, circle time and large and fine motor skill development help your child get ready for preschool. Class structure is consistent with the continuing 3- and 4/5-year-old preschool program. Each class has two teachers. ThreeSchool participants receive priority registration for three-year-old Preschool. ThreeSchool Parent Orientation Night, at the end of August, allows parents to meet teachers and learn details of the program.
Optional Three-Day Program
Choose to add a third day of ThreeSchool to your child’s schedule. The additional Friday class is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of fifteen children can be accommodated on Friday. Please refer to the class schedule for the additional Friday dates and tuition.
ThreeSchool Registration Criteria
1. Registration must be done in person at Lincoln Center Registration Office, 935 Maple Avenue.
2. Child’s age must be verified by attaching a copy of a birth or baptismal certificate to your registration form. No other forms of age verification are accepted.
3. Submit a $50 deposit (non-refundable) 4. Children must turn 3 years of age between September 2 and December 31, 2013.
5. Children may be in training pants and should be on their way to taking care of their own toileting needs. Children are not required to be potty-trained. 6. Applications are not processed without complete and accurate age verification.

Siblings of students currently enrolled in ThreeSchool and Preschool can begin registering for the lottery December 10, 2012 through noon on Saturday, January 12, 2013. A random selection for class time placements will take place on Monday, January 14. New residents may begin registering on Monday, January 14 through noon on Saturday January, 19. A random selection for class time placements will take place on Monday, January 21. Beginning Tuesday, January 22, both residents and non-residents may register for remaining class openings on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tuition Payment
For your convenience, tuition may be paid in four installments. Details are mailed upon completion of registration. A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your space. Tuition payments are as follows:

Discovery Play Center
Note: For Discovery Classes, child must be the age listed in the program details within one week of the start date of the class.
Discovery Play is designed for parent and child to participate together in a social play group with sensory, language, fine and gross motor activities. The end of each class features structured activities and circle time. Discover fresh activities to enhance your child’s development while sharing ideas and experiences with other parents. Parents and children should wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing. Fee includes parent and one child. Due to classroom size, non-age appropriate siblings cannot be accommodated. All classes are with parent.

Recommended for experienced “discoverers,”these transitional classes help children develop listening skills, learn to follow directions and improve large and fine motor skills. Caring teachers help children work through separation issues. Structured and unstructured play time is included. Children should wear gym shoes and comfortable clothing. All classes are without parent.
