Fitness Assessment
Let our certified professionals assess your fitness levels with our new Polar BodyAge™ system. This new reporting system tells you how your chronological age compares with that of your body. The healthier your lifestyle and the fitter you are, the lower your BodyAge. A series of tests performed by a certified personal trainer of 4500 Fitness will assess the core areas of fitness, body composition, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular endurance. You can also bring in biometric assessments, such as cholesterol, if you wish to receive a more in-depth analysis. Your cholesterol results should be within the past 6 months for optimum results. The system is extremely accurate and provides you with options on how to improve your BodyAge. You receive an itemized, printed report for your reference. Call the Recreation Center at 630.960.7250 to schedule your BodyAge test today!
