What differentiates your brand from other products on the market? Jessica products are developed by a manicurist, for manicurists, and the brand’s philosophy rests primarily in caring for the natural nail. All Jessica therapists are trained to select the right prescriptive base coat and colour shade for clients alongside offering a luxurious experience.

Why should spa owners consider using your brand? We are a globally recognised leader in natural nail care, so our mark of quality appeals to new clients and the treatment results encourage repeat bookings. The fl exibility of Jessica’s range, from Custom Nail Colour to GELeration Soak-off Gel Polish, offers a solution for every client while giving a luxury experience, even for express treatments.

What training and after-sales support do you offer? In the UK, we have 20 Area Managers who each offer dedicated support to spas by facilitating training workshops, marketing planning sessions, and more, to ensure that the brand succeeds within the spa. Our customer support team offers help and advice,

and we run clinics, workshops and masterclasses to sharpen skills.

What are the latest product innovations within your company? GELeration, our soak off gel polish, applies like a polish yet has the durable strength of a gel for clients who want a colour that lasts for three weeks without chipping, peeling or fading. Each new polish collection now has a matching GELeration shade so that spas can offer the latest fashionable colours in either polish or gel, depending on the client’s needs.

Where does the inspiration behind your colour collections come from? Predominantly the catwalk, as Jessica has close relationships with a number of designers and collaborates with them on future colour trends. Manicuring backstage at London and New York Fashion Weeks also serves up inspiration.

What add-ons would you recommend for hand and foot treatments?

Homecare advice is a must with every manicure and pedicure. Jessica has a comprehensive retail range with a product to suit every client. Products can be incorporated into the treatment price, meaning guaranteed retail with every appointment and maximum customer satisfaction.
