the event took place at T e Ritz Hotel’s Louis XV in Paris,
while a truly global audience included Sonal Uberoi, the Founding Partner and Director of Spa Balance
Consulting; Iain Bailey, Director of BDS Architects in the UK; Lydia Sarfarti, CEO of the US-headquartered Repêchage and Louis de Vilmorin, the International Director of Guerlain. T e Black Diamond Award, given to the most
outstanding Spa Manager of the year, was won by Valérie Dalmayrac of the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc/Château Saint Martin and Spa in France. Two further prizes were awarded to Robert Schaub of the Loisium Hotel in Betriebs, Austria, and Patricia Fourcade of the Evian Resort in France.
