Currently serving as managing broker of Sudler Sotheby’s International Realty’s Lincoln Park office, Jenny Sepulveda was a nominate to run for 2010 Woman of The Year for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the State of Illinois. For her real estate focus, Sepulveda is working on updating the look of her office, and has also merged recently with another Sudler Sotheby’s. “We are working on growing the office and growing the business of our talented agents,” says Sepulveda. “We have had some great agents join already.” In addition to hosting events for her Woman of The Year nomination, Sepulveda has been active in other charity work as well. “I have a team of four amazing ladies that work for me and we create charity events throughout the city to raise awareness through a company I founded, “Helping Hands Forever.” Sepulveda has also created her own charity to mentor high school girls in the city and raise money for scholarships, with a kick off scheduled for later this year.
