Recognized as No. 1 in company-wide sales and units for 2009, Millie Rosenbloom, broker associate with Baird & Warner, is on track to earn the same accolades in 2010, as she is ranked No. 1 so far this year. When not making sales, Rosenbloom found the time to serve on the committee for CAR’s 126th Inaugural Gala and Sales Awards for 2009, and currently is the chair for the CAR Awards committee. In real estate for 28 years, Rosenbloom has stuck with this industry because of the pace, challenge and excitement. “I thrive on negotiating,” says Rosenbloom. Currently, she is working on 4156 N. Rockwell, the first new construction resale on the river in over 50 years, and 155 W. Burton, a 19th century Old Town building transformed into a masterpiece by artist Edgar Miller. In her free time, Rosenbloom enjoys spending time with her husband, and her two yellow Labradors, Mavis and Mabel.
