Jim Murrin has sold over 1,000 properties throughout the course of his 10-year career in the real estate industry. He has successfully brought to market over 20 projects ranging from three units to 160 and is consistently a top producing agent at Jameson. Recently, Murrin revamped his business plan and added to his repertoire by specializing in short sales and bank owned property and starting Your Debt Solution Inc., to assist real estate agents through the arduous process of getting short sales approved. Murrin is an avid runner who participates in several local races throughout the year and prides himself on keeping involved in the community. Murrin’s favorite part of the industry is how often it changes. “You have to be able to adapt to the change quickly and develop a business model to support all the changes that have taken place,” says Murrin of how to remain successful in real estate.
