Michael Fine has managed real estate auctions for a wide array of companies and financial institutions, and has represented private sellers ranging from first-timers to retired chairmen of Fortune 50 corporations. Before creating Fine and Company, he was a partner and served on the Board of Directors of a national real estate auction firm for nearly a decade, also serving as its director of project management for over 20 years, leading the training, management and administration of its international project management team. Professionally licensed in 27 states, Fine has been personally responsible for the marketing of thousands of properties in almost every state, four provinces of Canada, Mexico, Latin America and throughout the Caribbean. Presently serving as a trustee of the National Auctioneers Association, he is also chairman of key NAA education committees and is a principal writer, editor and instructor of all real estate-related auction courses offered by both the NAA and NAR. A certified auctioneer, Fine is a member of NAR, IAR, CAR and was previously a member of the NAR Auction Committee.
