Jamie Franz, VP of sales with A&N Mortgage, started with the company when they opened their doors in October 2002 as a mortgage consultant. Franz spent the first two years of his career primarily focusing on originating loans and building referral partnerships. He was soon promoted to a sales management position in October 2004, and has since transformed A&N Mortgage Services from a lead-driven organization to one that is almost entirely referral based. “I want every client to walk away from an experience with us and say ‘wow,’ I am going to refer all my friends, family members and co-workers to A&N,” says Franz. The strong support and flexibility of ownership (Aaron Gitler “A” and Neena Vlamis “N”) allow him to create and maintain a fun non-corporate environment in which the entire staff can thrive. In his free time, Franz enjoys working out, spending time with his wife and daughter and frequenting all the local venues in Bucktown.
