As an established leader in Chicago’s multifamily property market, Katsaros joined Jameson Real Estate in 2009 and is already receiving top sales achievement recognition. His favorite part of the industry is “finding new ways to get deals done.” Overall, Katsaros focuses on representing multiple financial institutions as well as private sellers through the sale of stable assets, distressed real estate, OREO and notes. In the future, Katsaros would like to “continue to grow the commercial side of the company in all aspects of full-service commercial brokerage,” he says. Past honors include a nomination as CAR’s Rookie of the Year and being named executive member of the MRJBF, a charitable organization focused on raising money for research initiatives at Children’s Memorial Hospital. An avid hockey fan, Katsaros has played hockey all of his life and has been active in leagues since graduating from the University of Illinois and moving back to Chicago.
