Marc Churchill began working in the mortgage industry straight out of college, cutting his teeth on long hours, large volume closed and a wide array of situations and clientele that prepared him for a long-lasting career in real estate finance. The 15-year veteran is a perennial winner of Presidents Club Awards, as well as Circle of Distinction. He was nominated for the IAMB Loan Officer of the Year, and is the co-founder and founding president of the Lincoln Park LeTip networking group. Recently, Churchill successfully closed the auction property at 1400 S. Michigan Avenue, and continues to build the relationships associated with those transactions. “As many developments have had longer than expected sales cycles, we have been able to offer creative financing options that have opened the marketability of many existing projects,” he says. When he’s not at the office or working with referral sources, Churchill spends time with his wife Denise and their daughter Charlee Reese, usually at their lakehouse in New Buffalo. In the city, he enjoys riding his Harley, taking in Cubs games, playing softball with friends, volunteering within the community and playing golf.
