RICH KASPER, SEAN J. CONLON, TIM SHEAHAN Realtor, Chairman/Owner, Partner CONLON: A Real Estate Company
“The fact of the matter is, through all of the highs and lows of crises, owning the right piece of real estate is a tangible asset. You can come home and see it at night, touch and feel it,” says Sean J. Conlon, chariman/owner of CONLON: A Real Estate Company. Along with Rich Kasper and Tim Sheahan, Conlon has led his new firm to achieve over a $130 million in closed residential and commercial transactions last year and is en route to superseding that total, having already closed almost $75 million year-to-date. Close to 100-people strong and continuing to grow, CONLON is focused on enhancing the company’s technology, systems and tools to help agents excel in today’s marketplace. Individually, the three have also had stellar years. Kasper has been named one of Chicago’s top producers each year since 2000, Sheahan was the No. 1 agent in Roscoe Village and North Center, while Conlon became a member of the Lincoln Park Zoo Board and was a founding member of Sister Cities Humanitarian Committee. Kasper’s goal for the year is to “continue to put forth the best marketing strategies for the sellers I represent to make sure they get the best offer and values they can for their property, as well as continue to represent my buyer clients in getting the best deal for the home they purchase.” With a new office planned for Lincoln Park, all three hope to build CONLON into the premiere boutique real estate company in Chicago.
