Since bringing home the Rookie of the Year title in 2005 from CAR, Jill Hare has added a few professional credentials, such as Green Real Estate Agent, Ac- credited Buyer Representative and, most recently, the Certified Residential Special- ist designation. With career sales of over $75 Million in six years, Hare was recog- nized this year as a top producer at Jame- son Real Estate, is consistently a volume and units award recipient with CAR and was a recipient of the 40 under 40 recog- nition. In 2010, Hare is focusing on net- working. “I’ve always known that network- ing is an essential part of growing your business, but I have recently embraced it and made it a part of my business plan for 2010,” she says. “I’m committed to grow- ing my social network and staying ahead of the technology curve to better serve my clients.” In her free time, she can be found at the East Bank Club, supporting a ben- efit for a friend’s charity or simply soaking up Chicago at a neighborhood bar with close friends.
