Sandesh Bilgi entered the real estate industry as a “for sale by owner” looking to learn about the selling process for his own home. At his first firm, he quickly became a top producer, moving into management as director of training and recruitment and eventually managing broker. Since joining Jameson Real Estate, he has served as director of business development, then vice president, and was recently promoted to chief operating officer. His primary function is to help shape the future of Jameson by enhancing agent growth through professional development and coaching. His success is evident through widespread company expansion: Jameson has doubled in size and overall production has climbed to an unprecedented plateau. Bilgi’s background in athletics led him to launch a sport psychology consulting firm, offering motivation and performance enhancement. A Toronto native, Bilgi grew-up an avid hockey fan and still finds time to play and coach.
