Award-winning Property Firm Opens New Leeds Office
A NORTHERN commercial property specialist has opened a new office in the heart of Leeds city centre following a year of unprecedented growth.

Bradley Hall has relocated its Leeds team to a new 1,600 sq ft Yorkshire head office at 6 Park Place, just a stone’s throw from Park Square.
The move will see the firm double its headcount in the city over the next 12 months as it looks to meet growing client demand from across West Yorkshire.
Bradley Hall first launched its Leeds office two and a half years ago, specialising in valuations and building surveying, and under the leadership of director David Cran has grown rapidly, having reported a 175% growth in turnover at the close of the financial year.
Bradley Hall is a trusted partner of a variety of bank panels, being approved and appointed to work with Barclays Bank Plc., Lloyds Bank Plc, Yorkshire Bank and OneSavings Bank.

The Bourse Leeds
A hat-trick of deals has been completed at The Bourse, a prestigious office and retail complex in Leeds city centre.
KF-Bourse
IT healthcare services provider Synanetics, E-commerce and marketing agency Ayko and dental practice Smmmile have all taken space in Equity House, one of the three self-contained buildings which comprise the 50,000 sq ft Bourse.
Synanetics have taken 966 sq ft of quality office on a five-year lease; Ayko have taken 1,476 sq ft, also one a five-year lease; while Smmmile is occupying 2,360 sq ft on a ten-year lease. The rent is £21.50 per sq ft.
The Bourse is a landmark building on Boar Lane less than 100 yards from Leeds Station and features 50,000 sq ft of high quality space over three buildings, overlooking a central courtyard.
Eddisons Boosts Growing Leeds Valuation Team with Promotion and Hires
Property group Eddisons has made new hires and a senior promotion in its Leeds valuation team following a record year of turnover growth for the division.
Jack Hutchinson, who joined the firm on Eddisons’ graduate programme in 2014, has been promoted to director.
The valuation team has had its best year on record and has expanded with the arrival of chartered surveyor Nick Verity, who joined Eddisons last year.
The team is also welcoming back Rowan Manning as a graduate surveyor.
Catherine Chapman has recently come on board as the latest placement student from Sheffield Hallam University.

Global Sports Performance Company Catapults Into 34 Boar Lane in Leeds
A leading international sports performance analysis company is moving into the iconic 34 Boar Lane in Leeds.

Catapult has just agreed a deal to take 5,608 sq ft of office space on the second floor of the recently refurbished building.

Fox Lloyd Jones and Knight Frank have been appointed by developer CEG to market Globe Point, the 37,800 sq ft seven-storey office development on Globe Road. It completed this week marking the first new build office to be delivered in Leeds this year.

A GRADUATE from Leeds has taken his first step onto the career ladder after joining an award-winning property specialist.
Josh Robinson BH Leeds
Josh Robinson, who this year graduated with a 2:1 degree in Real Estate and Property Management from Leeds Beckett University, has joined the Bradley Hall graduate programme.
The opportunity will see Josh take up a full-time role within the firm’s Leeds surveying department and undertake his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to qualify as a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Josh will become the latest employee to join the company’s growing West Yorkshire head office in Leeds, which recently saw the team relocate to a new 1,600 sq ft city centre office at 6 Park Place, just a stone’s throw from Park Square.
Speaking about the opportunity, he said: “I am really grateful to be given this opportunity to join Bradley Hall’s graduate programme and to study for my APC qualifications”.
Neil Hart, Group Managing Director, is just one of the firm’s many success stories, having joined the company in 2000 as a placement student and climbing the ladder to where he is today.
