East Kilbride Deal Double for Knight Property Group
Only two units remaining at Langlands Commercial Park, Phase 1

has signed up a further two tenants for Phase 1 of Langlands Commercial Park in East Kilbride.

The speculative industrial development is almost full, with only two units now available.
Electrical & Technical Services Ltd (ETS) has agreed a ten-year lease and RGM Vent a five-year lease for Units 1E and 1F respectively, with each unit extending to 2,500 sq ft.
ETS offers electrical and technical services for domestic, commercial and industrial projects throughout Scotland. The company was established in 2015 and has moved to Langlands from a smaller unit at Strathclyde Business Centre.

Frasers Property Confirms Hat-Trick of Deals at £14M Development on Hillington Park
Frasers Property has secured three new lettings at the biggest speculative new build scheme at Hillington Park, which is also Scotland’s largest industrial estate, in over 25 years.
The new lets span a total gross floor area of 18,820 sq ft and, following the arrival of Kayfoam earlier this year, bring the occupancy of the modern West 100 & 200 scheme to over 33% in less than five months following its completion.
The £14m West 100 & 200 development, on the site of the former Rolls Royce factory, brought 132,774 sq ft of modern industrial and logistics accommodation to the market when it was completed in March 2022.
