With thanks to our Sponsors

Georg Dobler, sales and product management, rides, Sunkid

This year we were a first- time sponsor of those awards. We decided to

participate as it is a special year in so many ways. Difficult for some of our customers while “best ever” for others. We love that the Park World Excellence Awards has also a strong focus on small parks, low budget attractions, regional parks – basically the traditional customer base for Sunkid. And at Sunkid “excellence” is what we are aiming for. So, for us a perfect match!

The “excellence” in amusement parks – striving for the best quality, most entertaining, best marketing, safest… attractions and rides – will be a defining factor for the future success of a park. “We are still here” will not be sufficient as a marketing message. Those parks who will excel at matching visitors’ expectations will be the most successful ones. This needs to be communicated.

Charlotte van Etten, account manager sales & marketing, Vekoma The current situation in our industry and the entire world has severely affected our

industry and the guests that normally are so close to us. The Park World Excellence Awards gave us an opening to get in touch with everyone we care about.

Terry Monkton, CEO, Simworx We decided to sponsor the event again this year as we felt that the publicity surrounding the event last year was tremendous and

we love supporting the successes of our industry friends. The opportunity to share encouragement and present one of the awards during this trying period was important to us, to lift everyone’s spirits

and to celebrate the positives of the industry’s hard work.

It is important to share the positivity that our industry generates from all levels. Operators and manufacturers provide so much fun to the public that we should shout about it from the rooftops. The Park World Excellence Awards have quickly established themselves into the industry calendar as one of the events that everyone looks forward to – which in itself is a great achievement.

Sohret Pakis, director of marketing & communications, Polin WaterParks

The Park World Excellence Awards puts a spotlight on

those who have contributed the most to our industry. That is why we are delighted to be a part of the Awards and we very much look forward to working with the event in the future.

As we are all going through this interesting time of uncertainty, it has been more important than ever to stay connected. We would like to thank the entire Park World team for their efforts in bringing us together. Truly grateful; we are honoured to be part of it.

Digital Centre, Josep Tarres, CEO The quality of the finalists and the winners was very high, we are proud to be part of the industry. We

are facing the hugest challenge due to the pandemic, but I feel confident that the industry will recover very quickly and contribute to society smiling again. The judges had a hard job due the high quality of the finalist, but they made fantastic work of it again.
