we also have a variety of development programmes to help you reach the next step in your career. Our award-winning graduate management programme has produced many success stories. For example, Ben Seager who started on the programme in London in 2005, is general manager of Xigera, our hotel in Botswana, and Laura Jamieson who started on the programme at Ashford Castle, Ireland in 2015, will be starting in Edinburgh as resident manager at our newest opening, 100 Princes Street. apprenticeships, which allow you to work full-time at a London-based hotel, experiencing the front of house, housekeeping and food and beverage departments on a rotational basis. The apprenticeship is a fully funded, debt-free Chartered Management Degree in Applied Hospitality Management which, since its launch has seen 15 people graduate and a new cohort starting in November.
