courses, group projects and secondments to allow our team members to gain insight into the wider operation of our business.
Accelerated Leadership Development Programme We believe effective leadership requires certain critical experiences that not only present us with opportunities for professional development and growth, but also challenge our thinking and inspire us to embrace diverse perspectives. Our Accelerated Leadership Development
Programme has been designed with these principles in mind and encompasses tailor- made experiences that include coaching and mentoring sets, three-month secondments into leadership roles, interactive workshops, business simulations, project work and Dragon’s Den-style challenges. It not only offers opportunities for learning and growth, but also gives our future leaders the power and autonomy to decide what and how they want to learn.
Eighty per cent of graduates who completed
the programme have already been appointed to permanent hotel manager positions within our Point A estate. This success means we will offer another programme this autumn.
