Graeme began his career working in chef and front of house roles. With his craft background and over 40 years of experience in hospitality and purchasing, he has a unique
understanding of what is needed to run a successful kitchen, including extensive knowledge of sourcing and supplying fresh produce and ingredients as well as equipment. Graeme shares our passion for cooking
with fresh ingredients. He has been a loyal and dedicated member of the Harrison family for over 15 years and embodies the Harrison values and five fundamentals. He recognises the benefit of maintaining honest and positive relationships with our trusted and approved suppliers. Graeme always looks for opportunities to
improve product specifications and says: “I regularly review our products and services to ensure we balance the broadest range of quality produce delivered sustainably and efficiently while adding value and meeting our clients’ and customers’ requirements.” In addition to his daily support of our catering teams, Graeme adds: “I also enjoy working closely with all aspects of the business to analyse trends or innovations, develop new recipes or review recent legislation.”
