The world of event catering is thrown wide open, backed up with comprehensive training at Amadeus
A
madeus delivers catering solutions to venues and event organisers who want
to provide visitors with a unique and memorable food experience. Unlike our competitors, we do this differently by drawing on over 45 years’ experience operating venues and creating events as part of the NEC Group. With a kitchen boasting over 650 industry
awards, it’s fair to say Amadeus knows what’s required to deliver daring menus for every dietary requirement and budget imaginable. Our customer portfolio includes serving 10
million visitors a year at five world-class NEC Group venues as well as top external events, including major international sporting tournaments and venues including Cadbury World and Stratford Racecourse. We also operate four Starbucks franchises and three Subway franchises.
No day is the same at Amadeus We’re committed to developing people at every level and, in doing so, maximise the potential of our talent. Our training programme is hugely important to the success of Amadeus and is made up of several strands to provide diversity and opportunities for people from all backgrounds. We pride ourselves on consistent quality
of service, high levels of food safety, menu execution, adaptability, customer satisfaction and staff retention, all driven through training. We provide tailored plans at every stage of
a career, whether it’s at the induction, on the job or with more than 10 years’ experience. All basic training is provided as standard and up to level three in food safety for those working in our kitchens, with an option to expand horizons through additional training, such as pâtisserie or our new coffee ‘guru’ training.
