Procedure: At RT, in the main beaker, disperse phase B in water and homomix for 1h until the gel is smooth. Once uniform, add Phase C and mix for at least 30 minutes. At RT, premix Phase D, add to the main beaker and mix until uniform. At RT, add Phase E and mix 5 to 10 minutes. Change device for a propeller and fully immerse it in the gel. At RT, premix Phase F and add to the main beaker very slowly step by step, gently mixing at 70-90 rpm. At RT, premix Phase G and add to the main beaker very slowly step by step, gently mixing at 70-90 rpm. At RT, add Phase H and disperse beads gently in the gel until evenly dispersed.

Procedure: Charge Phase A water in the main beaker, begin propellor agitation, add remaining phase A ingredients. Begin heating to 75-80°C. In a separate beaker, add phase B ingredients and begin heating to 75-80°C. Once phase B is clear and at temperature, add phase B to A and mix until homogenous. Homogenize 5 minutes. Add Phase C under homogenization. Begin cooling to below 45°C with slow sweep mixing. Add in phase D ingredients individually, mixing in between each addition. Mix until homogenous. Add phase E ingredients. Homogenize until powders are dispersed and uniform. QS phase F with citric acid or sodium hydroxide as needed to pH 6.5-7.5.
