When I joined GLI, it was the first time for me in the gaming industry and I have to confess that I had some doubts the first day. Am I doing the right thing? I’ve been here now for fiveyears, and every day I say I made the right choice. With GLI, I was able to combine my interest in technical compliance and my desire to help people achieve their goals. GLI was the right fit for me.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE?
I've always loved helping people, and with GLI, I can put my passion into practice. In times of need, I always try to be there and find a solution together with my customers. I love when the client understands that I have not worked for them but with them!

professional in all aspects of the work they do and has coverage in all countries of the world. Tey work to the highest level of standards and are the most referenced company in certification and compliance services.

My role is to be representative of GLI for our clients. So I take care of their needs before, during, and after any project to make sure they are complete and the client is satisfied. I keep clients informed of potential new markets, any regulation changes, and coordinate internally. I am thankful I get to work with many departments across GLI which operate with the highest professionalism and knowledge, so we’re always able to support client’s needs, with the added advantage of having the same team from start to finish.

WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES?
Working in Sales and being responsible for several customers also means I interact with people who can be very different from each other (and from my personality). Every customer has their own way to communicate. Te biggest challenge is to try to adapt myself to each personality with the goal of helping the person in front of me to achieve their goal.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING WITH CLIENTS?
I love human interactions and to bring “peace of mind” to my clients. When it comes to business, people need to be able to trust their Account Manager and make sure that there is someone ready to support them through every step.
Trust is very important in business, and when you've earned it's great to see what you can achieve together!
supporting clients in exploring new opportunities for their business. I work with many different cultures and mentalities, which makes every day different and allows me to learn new things all the time.
WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES?
One of the biggest challenges is helping clients understand the complexity of the end-to-end compliance processes in a rapidly evolving environment. Whether it’s starting a new project with smaller accounts or working with an established industry leader, our approach is to deliver GLI’s world- class services and nothing less.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING WITH CLIENTS?
I enjoy creating strong partnerships and building mutual respect. By providing additional value as a company, we can create long-term relationships. It’s important that the client feels GLI is working together with them as colleagues from one team and supporting them to grow rapidly in new markets.
