ICE London CMS, Slots, Multi-Players Enigma Gaming, ENSICO, Tronius


Jointly exhibiting at the ICE show 2024 in London, three companies from Eastern Europe pooled their resources to showcase their latest products and services for international casino operators. Tronius, ENSICO and Enigma Gaming displayed a range of casino equipment and software solutions, from the relatively recently established Enigma Gaming, through to the more established ENSICO.


ENSICO has been supplying casino management solutions since 1998. Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, the company offers its CMS platform to international casino operators looking for a robust and feature-rich accounting-centric solution.


Supporting different payment methods, player tracking, Ticketing System, Jackpot Solutions, Player Tracking, Bonusing, Cashless System, Casino Reception, Integration, and Mobile, including statistics-based tools to help inform marketing strategies. ENSICO's latest development is the tracking of live games, which was launched at the ICE show. ENSICO's CMS has a series of connected partnerships, including CountR's automatic cash desk solution.


Tronius is another two decades old Slovenia-based business. The company offers live dealer tables and automatic roulettes with multi-game solution, including remote terminals. The focus of the ICE 2024 booth was the 500 Multiplier Roulette. The Tronius Electronic Roulette machine is powered by GameArt, offering an engaging, immersive and interactive package, with high- definition LCD monitors, superior sound quality, an ergonomic design and an intuitive interface featuring multi-language support.


Enigma Gaming is developing slot machines, a young company with three years experience, Ireland, Mexico, Panama, Venezuela and we are testing products currently in Spain. The cabinet and software is developed in-house with a strong R&D team.


Trying to supply the best games to the market. In the last year, Enigma has create a Link game offering free spins, and the Titanium cabinet with LED signage that is also created and built by Enigma Gaming. The multi-game package includes 25 games with different mathematics and volatility to suit a wide variety of player preferences.


Core Casino Management Solution NOVOVISION


Visitor interest was high at the NovoVision corner of the Novomatic stand at ICE as operators took a deep dive into the manifold functionalities that combine casino management, efficiency optimization and player satisfaction in one CMS solution.


New system functionalities premiering at ICE included extended mobile applications for casino staff and evolved AML functionalities, a new 'eye' feature as well as the official launch of NovoVision smart and NovoVision tournament. NovoVision offers extensive features that cover all areas of a modern casino operation, enabling operators to make informed decisions and build their business strategy on real data.


The system’s powerful toolset allows operators to streamline their processes, increase operational security and maximize player convenience with the most secure and innovative cashless experience on the market plus many other functionalities.


At the same time, its high scalability qualifies it to perfectly suit operations of all sizes and with any cash system requirement: TITO, Cashless or biometrically supported. Operators can opt for individual modules and


gradually expand their system according to growing operational needs or changing regulatory requirements.


The system’s many extended functionalities for access as well as sophisticated player loyalty strategies allow an in-depth analysis of player preferences and conclusions about specific promotional activities – with stunning results, since a targeted approach can yield a significant impact on player retention and revenue growth. Implementing biometrics creates a smooth player journey with a single wallet, from access control to the Promo Tower, across the slot floor and even to the live table games.
