½ cup confectioners’ sugar ½ cup mini chocolate chips 12 sugar ice cream cones
STEP 1 With a hand mixer or stand mixer, in a large bowl, beat the ricotta, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth. STEP 2 With a hand mixer or stand mixer, in a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the confectioners’ sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. STEP 3 Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture, followed by the chocolate chips, reserving 2 tbsp chips for garnish. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle reserved chips on top. STEP 4 Break the ice cream cones into 1½-inch pieces. Serve with ricotta mixture.
