Cooking spray
1 (3 lb) bag frozen chicken wings 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp tomato paste 1 clove garlic,minced ½ tsp ground ginger
4 tbsp (½ stick) butter, melted and divided
¼ cup sliced green onions, to serve 2 tsp sesame seeds, to serve (optional) 1 (14 oz) container Carrot and celery sticks, to serve
STEP 1 Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Coat air fryer basket with the cooking spray. Add half of the wings in one layer. Cook 15–20 min., shaking as needed. Increase air fryer to 400°F. Cook wings 10–15 min., until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and skin is crispy. STEP 2 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp water, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, tomato paste, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper. STEP 3 In a large bowl, combine half of soy sauce mixture and 2 tbsp melted butter. Add first batch of wings and toss to
coat.Transfer to a large serving platter. Repeat with remaining sauce and wings. Garnish with half of the green onions and sesame seeds, if using. Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
