Cus- tomers did not seem to have an issue spending upwards of $1 million on an SMT line, because it was a must to produce boards, but then used metal racks and bins as an inexpensive way to handle materials. Its installed product base is now throughout the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Japan, and Israel, with dis- tribution channels in Asia, Europe, Scandinavia, and North Africa. Ben and Margy attribute much


of their success to the idea that “op- posites attract.” Ben is a creative and innovative leader, while Margy is a detailed planner and implementer. The respect and appreciation is mu- tual, which goes for their employees and customers as well. “Inovaxe is a family-oriented
