Customer Service Managers Chelmsford, MA —VJ Electronix, Inc., has appointed regional sales managers for the Eastern and Western U.S. and China, as well as filled a customer service management position. Engineering Ivyland, PA — DDM Novastar has appointed Brian Osterhout director of en- gineering. Mr. Osterhout has over 30 years of machine design experience, with a broad background in product development and manufacturing.
