SHENMAO Releases Water-Soluble Solder Paste
San Jose, CA — SHENMAO America has introduced its PF606-PW215 water-soluble solder paste. The com- pany offers a full line of water- soluble fluxes and solder pastes for SMT and IC packaging ap- plications. SHENMAO provides halide-containing and halide- free fluxes for tin and lead, as well as lead-free solder alloys. PF606-PW215 offers ex-
cellent continuous high-speed printability that produces high-quality solder paste print- ing, as well as a wide reflow process window for excellent solderability. The paste has a long shelf and stencil life as well, excellent wetting and can be cleaned easily. Features include: anti-slump
properties that remain 6 to 12 hours after print time; substantial deposi- tion that lasts 12 hours after print- ing; tack force that remains at more than 130 gf after 24-hour stand; paste activity after 19-hour stand; and no flux residue after cleaning. SHENMAO produces solder
