need for a mating connector, result- ing in better signal integrity and reduced flight time. They also offer more flexibility than die stacking and packaging solutions. A build-to- order model with multiple standard DRAM sources is available. The 16 GB MiP is available in
two configurations, the standard 1G x64 version or two channels of x32 memory access. A small form factor COMe sys-
tem for IIoT can be populated with 128 GB of memory, using four 16 GB MiPs on the top of the system and four 16 GB MiPs mirrored on the bot- tom. The company offers a full lineup of MiPs, 4 to 16 GB, with speeds up
