RN73R series metal film chip resistors.
KOA’s existing RN73 thin film resis- tors. The RN73R offers excellent heat tolerance with an operational temperature range of –67 to +311°F (–55 to +155°C) and a rated ambient temperature of +185°F (+85°C), as well as improved moisture tolerance of 85 percent for 1,000 hours at +185°F (+85°C). Power ratings and sizes for the
new RN73R are 0.063W (0402), 0.1W (0603), 0.125W (0805), and 0.25W (1206) with a resistance range of 10 to 1.5 MW, resistance tolerances ranging from ±0.05 to ±1 percent and TCRs of ±5, ±10, ±25, ±50 and ±100 ppm/°C. The new RN73R series metal film flat chip resistors are excellent
for applications that
demand high reliability, such as automotive electronics, industrial devices, medical devices, gain adjust- ment resistors for OP amp circuits, and dividers for power supply voltage monitors. The resistors meet EU-
