Te Wyoming Music Educators Association is a voluntary non-profit organization of music educators in Wyoming schools, colleges, private studios, and the University of Wyoming. WMEA is open to all persons engaged in music teaching or other work in the field of music education through Active, Associate, Retired, and Collegiate memberships. Te Windsong is made available to all current WMEA members. Permission to reprint or extract from this journal must be secured in advance of publication and credit given to the author and WMEA.

Each of the six divisions of WMEA has district representation on the Executive Board. Tese regions hold biannual meetings to give their members the opportunity to share information, make decisions for the district, and lend support to teachers in the region.
