Suggestion from the floor that we put it on a poster and post it at the state conference.

e. Information Access i. Discussed where to find information on the website, elected position month-by-month break down, and access to information on the website.


ii. District presidents are asked to share information about the use of the website to their districts.


V. Executive Director’s Report a. Financial report – Total Account Assets: $70,901.74 i. Executive Director presented the proposed budget as approved by the Executive Committee. Move and seconded to “Approve budget as presented.” Approved AB


ii. Moved and seconded to “Accept the financial report.” Approved AB


b. General Information i. Discussion regarding decline in student auditions. ii. NAfME has raised dues by $2 for the 2019-2020 membership year. iii. Discussion regarding website usage.


c. WMEA Conference Financial Recap – Executive Director presented report.


VI. Old Business a. Conference Survey – conference survey was presented by the Executive Director. Discussion followed.
