cucumber yoghurt. Or why not try the Kagazie Murgh, marinated chicken breast cooked the Himalayan way served with delicate spinach and roast garlic puree.
The restaurant show stopper has to be the whole chicken or leg of lamb which is carved at your table and perfect for sharing. The meat is marinated in rich sauces with herbs and spices and then roasted in the oven for at least six
