Friday, 17th August 2018 (18.00hrs-24.00hrs) Saturday, 18th August 2018 (18.00hrs-24.00hrs) Sunday, 19th August 2018 (13.00hrs-24.00hrs)
Roads to be Closed: The R624 Westbourne Place from its junction with the L-9618-0 Casement Square to its junction with the L-2965-20 Lower Road.
The L-9618-0 Casement Square from its junction with the R624 Westbourne Place to the arch of the Courthouse/Library building.
Admiralty Pier from the Pier to its junction with the R624 West Beach.
Road Numbers: R624 (Part) and L-9618-0 (Part).
Alternative Routes: From High Road to West Beach via the L-2978-0 Spy Hill. Turn left onto L-2990-0 Park View then right, continuing on L-2990-0. Turn right onto L-2989-41 Midleton Street. At junction take road straight through junction to continue along the L-2990-0 to Cathedral Terrace and Harbour Hill. At junction turn right onto R624 Harbour Row. Continue west along R624 to East Beach and West Beach.
From West Beach to High Road via the R624 East Beach and Harbour Row. At the junction at Kilgarvan turn left onto L-9621-1 Harbour View. Continue straight ahead onto L-9621-0 Roche’s Row. At junction turn right onto L-2990-0 and then left, staying on the L-2990-0. At junction take 2nd left to join the L-2978-0 Spy Hill. Travel south along L-2978-0 to re-join the R624 at High Road/Westbourne Place.
This closure is to facilitate Cobh Peoples Regatta 2018.
