Day 1 After breakfast on board Black Watch you’ll disembark in Brisbane where our local representative will greet you. A coach transfer will take you to the Royal on the Park Hotel, where you’ll be staying for the next three nights. Located in the heart of the city, next to the Brisbane River and City Botanic Gardens, you’ll find premier shopping and entertainment venues are within easy reach.
Day 2-3 There are no scheduled tours or itineraries on this city stay, so you’re free to spend your time as you wish. Perhaps take a river cruise out to Moreton Bay – an area known for its marine-life; climb the iconic Story Bridge; visit the popular Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary; and see Brisbane’s famous cricket ground, the Gabba. The city’s thriving arts and entertainment scene includes a choice of galleries, museums, theatres and live music venues. It’s also an excellent place to learn more about the local indigenous culture. Make sure you take advantage of Brisbane’s subtropical climate and dine al fresco at one of the many quality eateries – you’ll soon discover why it’s a city proud of its food scene.
Day 4 Guests who have booked this extension in addition to the fly-cruise package on cruise W1827 will depart from the hotel for Brisbane International Airport and join a return flight to Heathrow. Guests
