A FULL RANGE OF SAFETY SOLUTIONS


ICM Safety provides an extensive product range of engineered ladder safety climbing systems, confined space equipment, fire suppression systems, eye wash stations, and other PPE gear such as rope access climbing harnesses and lanyards. They also have footwear, eye protection, head protection and breathing apparatus and manufacture the BlueStar range of chemical suits, boots and gloves used in the manufacture and repair of wind turbine blades. For offshore safety, they offer immersion suits, helicopter transfer suits, life vests, and personnel locator beacons.


CUSTOM ANCHOR POINT SOLUTIONS FOR THE WIND INDUSTRY


The in-house engineering department, ICM Engineering, provides full product solutions for custom-made fall arrest safety anchor points. They can assist or manage every step of the way – from the drawing board to product testing and securing local legislative needs, such as CE, ANSI, CSA, AUS/NZ, LA etc. They can also cooperate with customer’s own engineering team or assist in specialised tasks. ICM Engineering utilises APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and strives to timely deliver a high-quality product at the lowest total cost using 3D printing and offering rapid prototyping for speedy verification. Additionally, anchor points come equipped with individual serial numbers and QR-Codes for full traceability and access to product manuals and inspection records via an app.
