PARK MANAGER’S
’d like to start by saying what a beautiful setting Littondale is. As an owner you must be extremely happy that you own a holiday home on this stunning location.
UPDATE: I
I know when I drive onto the park I get a real feeling of escapism and relaxation. On behalf of the team I would like to
welcome all of our new owners to Littondale. I am sure you are looking forward to many years of ownership. Most of you will have met our new Customer Care Manager Elaine Hardcastle. I have known Elaine for a number of years and she is already proving to be a great asset to the team. I know she was so excited to get started. Elaine will be very hands-on and with Kim will be ensuring your total enjoyment on-park. Please make yourself known to them if you haven’t met already. We have continued with our improvements
on-park however as you may know, we are very restricted in what we can do in this regards. The new garden areas are a lovely addition to the entrance. I would like to thank Carol and Don Brett for their contribution of the flowers. A number of you have mentioned on the
survey about poor lighting on-park. We are governed by the national parks in this regard we are only allowed certain light emissions. We are very restricted however we will continue to try for improvements where and when we can. The same applies to your security concerns. We applied for a barrier on-park but this application was declined. If anyone does not have the emergency contact numbers they are on the notice board in the office. I am looking forward to seeing more owners
PARK CONTRIBUTOR:
I am really looking forward to the summer at Littondale having not experienced it yet. Since I have been on-park I have received such a lovely welcome from everyone and have finally explored all that the local area has to offer. If I haven’t had the pleasure to say hello yet, please come and see me at Reception for a chat. We have also got some great events on-park this summer so look out for more information.

on-park, I have noticed that a number of owners very rarely visit early in the year. Please remember that we now have the 12-month holiday season and the multi drain down service, I hope you will be encouraged to use your holiday home more often. I hope you enjoy your summer on-park and
let’s hope the sun shines and the barbecues are well utilised.
