Welcome to the spring edition of
leisureAt your
I’d like to begin by saying a warm welcome to all our owners, in particular our newest owners at Brynteg Holiday Homes. We are delighted to have acquired such a fantastic park to sit within the Park Leisure group, and hope that we can only enhance your ownership journey. With the recent opening of The Old Boathouse at the lake side, this confirms our commitment to your on-park experience.
I am also delighted that Milo’s, our Italian Bistro at Par Sands, opened at the end of May and the interest from owners and the local people has been great. You can find out more information about Milo’s on page 18.
Please make the most of the activities that the teams have planned for you this summer.
With the introduction of The Wine Club, and an extensive list of events there’s sure to be something happening at your park.
Here at Head Office, myself, Miles, James and Olly are gearing up for a cycle ride of our lives. We will be
leaving Cornwall this August and travelling up to Northumberland, visiting each Park Leisure park on the way. We'll be covering 1000 miles over an 11 day period, that's 126 miles further than riding between John 'o' Groats to Land's End, and four times further than the London to Paris bike challenge. The training is going well so far but any extra support through sponsorship or donations would really help us achieve this mammoth journey. You can find out more information on page 6&7 about our task and how you can get involved. Our aim is to raise £100,000 for Walking With The Wounded, so need all the help we can get.
Thank you to all involved in the magazine, from the team to our owners who send in their stories, it’s great to read about what everyone has been up to. This edition’s star contributor is Lorna from Ribble Valley who has gone above and beyond collating stories for you to read – thank you Lorna.
I wish you a wonderful summer with Park Leisure.
Best wishes, Gary Molloy CEO
