Oyster Bay is in full summer swing. We hope you are consulting your Oyster Bay events calendar to see what’s on. Right at the heart of this summer we are excited to host our grand summer Rio street party bringing our valued owners together for fun and festivities. You should have by now received your invite. If you haven't, please let one of the park team know. We can’t wait to get in that summer carnival spirit!
IMPROVING OYSTER BAY FOR YOU
We hope you have noticed some improvements on-park with the completion of the Mawgan Porth development. It is important to us that you feel the park is constantly improving and we strive to ensure any thoughts or issues you may have are listened to and resolved accordingly. Sometimes this involves careful thought and
planning, using outside contractors or waiting for vendors to provide service and parts. We thank you for your patience while we endeavour to fulfil our 5-star promise. This is your holiday home and you are here to have fun in the Cornish sun so we wish you a warm, sunny and happy summer season here at Oyster Bay.

WELCOMING MIKE FROM UP NORTH!

known. Mike has moved from Weardale to be here with us in Cornwall.
Mike has over 16 years’ experience of working in the holiday park industry, the past 11 of which were at a park in Lincolnshire before joining Park Leisure. As mentioned before to other owners Mike bases his core values on teamwork, trust and respect. He is committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service and 5-star standards to all owners.
We are thoroughly enjoying having Mike here with us and can already see many great changes!
Catherine has now gone on maternity leave after the birth of her gorgeous baby boy! We wish you all the best and can’t wait to meet him!

SPECIAL MENTION
Thank you to our Oyster Bay owners for your support with our chosen charity, Walking With The Wounded. Your generosity is greatly appreciated for this special cause which supports all veterans with physical, mental or social injury to gain the skills and qualifications necessary to develop new careers outside the military, re-integrate into society and provide long-term security for themselves and their families. Please take a look on page 6 for more information about the upcoming charity events on-park!
Every day, 9.00 - 17.30 (The last swim is at 17.00 pool closes 17.30, except Monday see below)
Adults only swim every day,
9.00 - 10.30 (except school holidays)
Tuesday and Thursday are free swim all day, during school
holidays (Cornwall term times)
Aqua aerobics, Monday, 10.00 - 10.45 (please book to avoid disappointment)
Sundays, pool fun for children 16.30 - 17.30 (please book to avoid disappointment)
*The pool will be closed from 12.30 - 13.30 daily for cleaning and maintenance

Please remember our pool is not life guarded so please keep an eye on children at all times and abide by the pool rules.

REMINDERS
The 5mph speed limit is to be respected on-park at all times please. Be mindful of your speed and remember that there are a lot of children on the park over the holidays.
A polite reminder to owners to keep your dogs on a lead at all times when on site, and use the dog bins provided.
Please let the Customer Care Team know if you need any extra help or care with your holiday home.
Please do not store anything under your holiday homes.
Please use allocated parking or parking at reception.
