Park Leisure Safety
Summer is a busy time and we love seeing all our owners enjoying their leisure time with us, however it is also our responsibility to keep you safe. Take a look below at some safety tips that your General Managers would like to remind you of!
Don’t get wet!
As our parks could be located within easy reach of water, including rivers, lakes, ponds and coastal regions, at certain times of the year sea conditions and currents can be dangerous. We advise caution at all times; children and non-swimmers should always be accompanied whilst by water. Please also ensure that no waste, solid or liquid, is allowed to fall into any watercourse to avoid all forms of contamination.
Your four-legged friends
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after. You must ensure that dogs do not cause noise or nuisance to other owners or our staff. Please ensure that dogs are exercised off park wherever possible.
Keeping green
Waste bins and recycling centres, where possible, are provided for the collection of all waste. Please ensure that no waste, solid or liquid, is thrown or allowed to fall outside a waste recycling bin.
Slow and steady
Cars must be parked in the parking bays and parking areas provided. All drivers must hold a current full driving licence permitting them to drive cars on public roads in the UK. Park speed limits must be adhered to at all times.
Power
Owners must comply with all electric and gas safety testing where applicable. Please refer to your Holiday Home Site Licence Agreement and Park Rules for more information.
Drain down
After the summer months we strongly recommend that you arrange for your holiday home to be fully drained down and disconnected from mains water. Details of our drain down services are available at the Information Suite.
