PARK MANAGER’S
UPDATE: W PARK CONTRIBUTOR:
As the summer approaches I’m looking forward to long sunny evenings, lots of BBQs and walking on the beach.
The atmosphere here is brilliant; the sunshine always puts a smile on everyone’s faces! The grounds are also looking great thanks to our team.
There are lots of great events coming up on park to keep everyone busy and we look forward to exciting times ahead and to seeing as many of our owners as possible. Keep an eye out for your regular update from Plas Coch Privilege regarding upcoming events.

elcome to what will be my first summer with Park
Leisure at Plas Coch and in opening can I thank you for making me feel so welcome. In the last three months my focus has been to assess all that we are doing for you, your family and friends to deliver the best experience which is the least that you would expect given Plas Coch is one of the very best 5-star holiday parks in the industry. I’m very lucky to have great people helping me and I receive daily praise for all that they do. Their commitment and your kind feedback is vital as the ambition is to ensure that every time you visit your holiday home the experience is memorable for all the right reasons. Our challenge is to be very consistent
but to keep improving whilst making sure everything is immaculately presented, fresh and current. I know you see this given the feedback on the Maintenance Team’s efforts across the park as well as your comments with regards to our recent changes to our menus and drinks
offerings. Items like
hosting barbecues whenever the sun shines and a comprehensive selection of drinks including cask ales on tap complementing all special events, only enhance your ownership experience I know the team are really enjoying the challenge to achieve this and your kind support in praising them will only motivate them even more. We’ve been extremely lucky with the sunshine of late and although we have fantastic leisure and spa facilities Gavin’s team are always looking to do something a bit different for you with regards to events and activities for all ages. Most recently
we’ve been working with The North Wales Tourism Board to ensure we can tell you about all the great things that are happening in the region over the summer so you can go visit or take part in. Through Helen and our Customer Care Team we remain committed to sending out an update about the Privilege service available to you. You will know that our communication in regards to next year’s site fees was sent out as well as an update on the amount of spend we made with your site fees payments for this. Some of these funds went on necessary back-of-house maintenance however I hope that you will be able to see a difference right across the park in the way that it is presented, with the attractiveness of the drive into the park gaining particular praise as well as the enhancements on road safety. I am also delighted that the ‘hard-
wired’ Wi-Fi is already up and running with the system live within the first tranche of holiday homes. This was a best-in-class project to ensure Plas Coch and Park Leisure maintain their position at the forefront of the industry to ensure all of our owners’ experiences on park are thoroughly enjoyed no matter what time of year. In closing I really hope that you will
enjoy our summer season as we have plenty of ideas to make it truly memorable for you and your family.
